CR5-G, CR10-G shock freezing cabinets fully comply with all parameters and characteristics of the shockers of leading European manufacturers and surpass the well-known budget models of Italian production presented on the Russian market under various trademarks.
Shock freezing cabinets are frozen from a temperature of +90 ° C to -20 ° C in 240 minutes, respectively, 12 and 25 kg of products. The temperature in the chamber reaches -40 ° C, and the ambient temperature can rise to +40 ° C.
The CR7-G and CR7-L shock freezing cabinets (shockers) are designed to accommodate seven deep GN1/1 (100 mm) gastro racks or EN40x60 baking trays.
Shockers provide an opportunity to cool and freeze soups, sauces, roasts, compotes, broths, etc. in deep gastronomies.
And also, those products, ready meals and semi-finished products that require additional space between levels.
The temperature of semi–finished products and ready meals decreases from +90 °C to +3° or -18 °C in 90 and 240 minutes, respectively.
