POLAIR medium-temperature refrigeration tables with glass doors are designed to operate at ambient temperatures up to +32 °C. Operating temperature range from +1 to +10 °C. POLAIR low-temperature cooling tables are designed to operate at ambient temperatures up to +25 °C. The temperature regime is -18 °C. The countertops of all POLAIR refrigerator tables are made of stainless steel (1.0 mm) with a thickness of 40 mm. with a side height of 60 mm. The radial bend of the front edge of the countertop ensures the safety of personnel, hygiene and attractive appearance of the tables. The tables comply with the IP24 protection class of electrical appliances and are designed for use in a professional kitchen in conditions of high humidity and exposure to high temperatures.
